A booking deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment.

Complex medical conditions, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome , and functional medicine

Initial visit $300

For ongoing evaluation and management: Recommend membership plan- $200 /month.

Without membership, $250 per follow up visit.

This plan will include review of labs, records and coordination of care between all medical specialists involved in patient’s care

Special in-office testing

  • Skin testing panel of 50 allergens.

    Testing can take 30-60 minutes. Please review Skin testing preparation to prepare for your upcoming visit.

  • This skin prick test evaluates specific IgE antibody only against a panel of 70 foods.

    We do not recommend a full panel food testing in absence of Immediate hypersensitivity reaction to specific foods.

  • 3-4 hour procedure to determine reactivity vs tolerance to a particular food or medication. Only one food or medication can be done in one visit. Please hold all oral antihistamines (loratadine, fexofenadine, cetirizine, levocetirizine, etc) 7 days priro to challenge. This visit may only be scheduled after consultation with Dr Imanirad.

  • Time-based, $170 for initial consult, $100 for non-member follow up. electronic communication for non-members $30 per 10 minutes after the first 5 minutes. If an in-depth discussion or examination is deemed necessary, you will be routed to scheduling for an appointment.
