• Elaria is a direct-pay practice, meaning we do not bill insurance and we are considered out of network. This allows us to provide unhurried, personalized care without the restrictions of insurance-based models. That said, we have a reasonably priced membership model which we recommend for conditions requiring chronic management. We also have negotiated very low cash prices for labs, imaging, and common medications for you.

  • Yes. Most patients can use HSA or FSA funds for consultations, testing, and treatments at Elaria.

  • SLIT is a safe, convenient allergy desensitization method using small, customized drops under the tongue to help your immune system build tolerance. It’s an alternative to allergy shots with the advantage that it can be done from home after initial evaluation for environmental allergies. For food, once maintenance dose reached, all intake can be taken at home.
